Leke Sholuade is the founder of Black Valley, a global community that seeks to foster an environment where talents from black ethnic backgrounds can thrive in the tech space. Sholuade graduated from Aston University, where he studied Human Psychology with an integrated placement year, earning an impressive 2:1. Before founding Black Valley, Sholuade worked in various roles, including as the Business Development Manager at Eedi, Associate Sales Manager, NCS Sales Team Leader, and Sales Engagement Coordinator at The Challenge. In addition to his professional work, he previously served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at LENCH'S TRUST. Sholuade's ultimate goal is to create equity in the tech industry and connect underrepresented individuals with resources and opportunities.
