1) Led 10-member cross-functional team to co-organize the inaugural Future of Mobility roundtable with Continental Automotive, gathering >100 distinguished delegates across industry, government & research to shape mobility partnerships & solutions. Match-made 5 VCs & 16 startups to a 26% success rate.

2) Secured & managed strategic partnership with Precision Engineering Trade Association (SPETA), recruiting 19 companies to the first-ever Singapore Pavilion at Hannover Messe 2018 in Germany, the world's largest industrial technology trade fair. Employed tech platform to match-make 40 German & Singapore companies to a 20% success rate.

3) Exec Asst to Chairman Peter Ong on Enterprise S'pore’s post-merger Strategy Review Trip. Strengthened relationships with senior government & business leaders from the UK, Netherlands & Germany.

Based at Fawley Refinery, I worked on a real technical project centred on ExxonMobil’s proprietary halobutyl rubber manufacturing process. My direct contributions brought about a 6.5% (or US$26,000/month) reduction in process operational costs, turning it profitable for the first time in 3 years.

Implemented solutions with technology, operations & business experts to enhance performance, safety & integration of the plant.
