Lei Xiao is a Regional Contact for Asia at the Global Albinism Alliance. He is associated with the Chinese Organization for Albinism and has been actively involved in advocating for the rights and support of individuals with albinism. During the formation of the Global Albinism Alliance, he emphasized the importance of unity among people with albinism worldwide, stating that being united makes them stronger in facing challenges and discrimination.1

The Global Albinism Alliance aims to combat the various human rights abuses faced by individuals with albinism, including stigmatization and violence, and to promote their dignity and rights globally.23
