Leila's journey began with starting an NGO in Madagascar, her home country, which laid the foundation for her interest in development, entrepreneurship, and technology.
She furthered her education with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology & Economics from Harvard University, where her passion for development and economics flourished.
Leila then transitioned to a significant role at Stripe, dedicating 4 years to establishing and expanding the company's presence in Italy.
Her professional experience includes positions such as Director at EQT Ventures, Scout at Alter Global, Fintech Investor at Stanford GSB Impact Fund, and various roles at organizations like Endeavor, Blueline in Madagascar, Experience Morocco, and Kearney in Italy.
