Leila Ager is a strategic and creative corporate communications practitioner with more than 15 years of experience. She has delivered impactful campaigns for Mars, Bupa, and EDF Energy amongst other world-leading companies. A fast learner, she has managed teams across various PR agencies, including BCW Global, Freud Communications, Weber Shandwick, Cohn & Wolfe, and Ketchum Public Relations.

Leila's work encompasses the whole corporate communications spectrum, including crisis management, CEO engagement, stakeholder engagement, digital and social communications, event curation, narrative and messaging development, and corporate media relations. She has experience working in the UK and international markets, with a particular passion for Africa.

Leila is also an experienced manager and mentor with expertise in leadership training, media, and presentation training. She focuses her training programs on developing communication and leadership abilities to produce better business outcomes. She is a member of freuds’ L&D committee and volunteers at a Ghana-based charity.

Leila studied French, Spanish, and International Studies at The University of Salford. Her broad client portfolio and geographically diverse professional experience means that she has a strong understanding of issues that are shaping the future of retail, food and drink, financial services, travel, health, and wellbeing.
