Leigh Edwards, CPA, is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in corporate accounting, now based in Austin, Texas.

Leigh's journey began with her relocation to Austin in 2004 to attend the University of Texas (UT), where she completed her BBA in Business Honors and Masters in Accounting.

With a strong foundation as a Financial Auditor at Deloitte for 4 years, Leigh went on to hold key operational and leadership roles in three prominent Austin companies.

Currently, Leigh serves as the VP of Development at Embark Austin, leading the way in offering financial and operational consulting, SOX and internal audit assistance, outsourced financial reporting, and audit preparation services to businesses in Austin.

Apart from her corporate role, Leigh has also contributed to academia as a former Lecturer at the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin.

Throughout her career, Leigh has honed her expertise in financial analysis, operational leadership, internal audit, and strategic business development, making her a valuable asset to the companies she works with.
