Lei Shen is a dedicated individual known for turning the impossible into possible.

Lei holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and has also completed High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Maguader H.S.

Lei currently serves as the Director of Claim and Audit product delivery at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield where he leverages his expertise in business system development, organization leadership, process improvement, strategy development, technical project management, document management, change control, product development lifecycle, system validation/testing, complex problem solving, system networking, and big data/business analytics.

Known for his leadership and management skills, Lei excels in driving process improvements and developing effective business strategies, all while managing technical projects with finesse.
