Lei Guo is a seasoned engineering veteran who has been at the forefront of driving business success through the implementation of CICD/DevOps best practices. With a proven track record of leading teams to deliver top-notch results across various organizations, Guo's experience and expertise are highly valued in the industry.

Guo received a Bachelor's in Engineering from Nanjing Normal University and has since held various leadership positions in reputable organizations. He currently serves as Senior Director of Platform and Infrastructure at Hootsuite, where he oversees the organization's platform and infrastructure operations. Previously, he was the Director of DevOps at Hootsuite, where he was responsible for managing the company's DevOps team.

Before joining Hootsuite, Guo held executive positions at xMatters, Inc and Payfirma, where he served as VP of Research and VP of Engineering, respectively. He also worked as a Development Manager and Senior Java Developer at xMatters, Inc, further strengthening his technical expertise. Prior to that, he gained experience as a Senior Developer at AspenTech and Team Lead at China Systems.
