Nate Baumgart

Leed Nate Baumgart is an accomplished real estate professional with over a decade of experience working in various sales and operational environments, including leasing, sales, asset and project management. He has a particular interest in building sustainable and equitable environments for living and working and has built his career around this passion. He was the driving force behind building a property and project management structure for a real estate firm that focused on value add properties in industrial and office flex spaces in NW Denver and Boulder.

Leed studied at Evanston Township High School before completing his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in the College of Social Studies at Wesleyan University. He then went on to study at the Second City Conservatory, the Annoyance Theater, iO Improv Chicago, and UCB New York. Outside of work, he is a travel blogger and photographer and has been involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management as the head of the Colorado Legislative Committee.

Leed is currently searching for his next position in property management in the greater Denver area. He is driven by learning, teamwork, and service and is committed to changing the shareholder mindset to a stakeholder perspective. Leed has been recognized previously for his contributions to the industry, having been named the 2020 ARM of the Year by the Greater Denver IREM Chapter.
