Leed Nate Baumgart is a highly experienced real estate professional with a diverse range of skills and interests in sales, leasing, asset and project management. He has worked for over a decade in both residential and commercial real estate sectors, and his recent position as the Director of Property and Project Management at Freeman Myre, Inc showcases his ability to lead and build successful teams.

Leed is known for his passion for building better living and working environments, with particular attention to environmental impacts of design and operation, equity, and access. His diverse educational background includes studying at Evanston Township High School, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in the College of Social Studies at Wesleyan University, and training at Second City Conservatory, Annoyance Theater, iO Improv Chicago and UCB New York.

Leed is actively involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management where he heads the Colorado Legislative Committee and is a board member at large, showcasing his commitment to teamwork and service. He was named the 2020 ARM of the Year by the Greater Denver IREM Chapter.
