Melinda Parshall is an accomplished LEED Accredited Professional with vast experience in the field of space planning and workplace strategy. With a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, Melinda has had the opportunity to work with diverse organizations, putting her skills and knowledge into practice.
Her career started in 2006 when she worked as a consultant with global architecture firm HOK. In 2010, Melinda moved to Saudi Arabia while working as a lab design coordinator for the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). She has also worked as a Senior Associate and Workplace Strategist at JLL, where she advised clients on the development and implementation of work environments.
Melinda's experience and expertise as a space planning manager at Adidas are crucial in ensuring the effective use of space across the company's North and Latin America regions. She is responsible for providing space planning services that meet the strategic direction of the organization, facilitate workplace performance, and engage employees and key stakeholders to increase buy-in and adoption.
With a focus on influencing sustainable development through market-based approaches, environmental policy and analysis, urban design, and regional and international economic development, Melinda has a clear passion for the environment and sustainability. This passion led her to intern with the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) America's Energy and Environment team, researching climate change and the U.S. energy boom.
