Manage all aspects of business for the development of Kentucky Owl, an ultra-premium cult-like brand of bourbons and ryes focused on global expansion and the creation of Kentucky Owl Park, a distillery and consumer experience on the historic Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
	Lead Branding, P&L and Strategy for this rare and ultra-premium brand including the development of global distribution strategy, marketing, story-telling and new product development. 
	Oversee all aspects of production from supply chain to packaging development, barrel storage, bottling and budgeting. Manage the buying and selling of bourbon and rye on the bulk market.
	Work closely with the Master Blender, Dixon Dedman, on blend development, liquid strategy, brand ambassador activities and new product development.
	Oversee the development of Kentucky Owl Park, a distillery with related buildings and consumer experience on the historic Kentucky Bourbon Trail in Bardstown, KY. This park represents a $150 million investment.
	Reports to Acting Global CEO of Stoli Group.

Devised long-term global portfolio strategy to drive new business and market segment opportunities; bolstered presence as a global whiskey leader and led entrance into attractive categories that were a strategic void.
	Developed and launched Slane Irish Whiskey to high critical acclaim; awards included Double Gold from the prestigious San Francisco World’s Spirits Competition and a 95 rating in the Ultimate Spirits Challenge.
	Managed global P&L and global sales and marketing development for Slane brand; oversaw design and build of the Slane Visitor’s Experience to drive recognition and value through interactive communication, part of a $50M capital investment covering branding, production, packaging, and distillery construction.
	Helped secure Slane partnership and served as key liaison to the Conyngham family, strategic partners in Ireland; partnership includes brand ambassadorship and long-term lease at historic Slane Castle.
	Revitalized the historic King of Kentucky brand ultra-premium bourbon ($200/bottle); received top praise from industry experts, such as Modern Enthusiast, who said “this is the bourbon we've all been waiting for from Brown-Forman. It's powerful, flavorful, and checks all the right boxes. Outstanding.”
	Introduced company’s ﬁrst new bourbon in 20 years, Cooper’s Craft, a super-premium brand leveraging the company's cooperage, a key strategic asset; directed branding, marketing, and consumer communications.

	Co-managed content and design of B-F’s award-winning Annual Report, redesign of corporate website, and redesign and roll-out the B-F Arrow, the key icon in expressing the company’s core values and beliefs.
	Managed shareholder communications as a key developer and leader of the Shareholder Committee.
	Provided thought leadership and articulated strategic initiatives as Secretary of the Strategy Committee, orchestrating executive leadership team meetings from agendas to content development.
