Lee Parker

Lee Parker is a Director at New Street Consulting Group (NSCG), where he leads the Talent Strategy Consulting practice. He has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment and talent sector, with a specialization in research and insight for more than a decade.1 Prior to joining NSCG, Lee worked at Veredus Insight, which was formerly Write Research Company and part of the Capita group. He also previously worked at BrightPool, part of NSCG, until April 2018.1

In his role at NSCG, Lee Parker focuses on providing talent research and insights to support clients' business decisions. This includes conducting bespoke research to advise businesses on talent acquisition strategies, competitor analysis, and location analysis to identify optimal places for acquiring talent. The practice also advises on attracting diverse talent pools and has a strong track record in delivering candidates for demanding searches.1

Lee Parker is also the co-founder of Luminos Insight Ltd, a talent research consultancy established with his business partner Natalie Douglass in 2024.2 His career has included various roles in talent strategy consulting and other senior-level positions.
