Lee Maughan

Lee Maughan is the Chief Executive Officer of Green & Purple, an accountancy practice that specializes in providing CFO-led virtual finance teams and advice to growth businesses in the Cambridge and London areas. He has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, having worked as a chartered accountant and finance director. Under his leadership since April 2018, Green & Purple has aimed to deliver dynamic accounting services tailored to the specific needs of its clients, allowing them to benefit from an in-house finance function without the full-time costs associated with it.1

In addition to his role at Green & Purple, Maughan has held various significant positions, including President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) for East Anglia from May 2017 to May 2022, and he has been involved as a trustee for the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Management from Keele University.1
