Lee Lewis is the Chief Strategy Officer at the Health Transformation Alliance, leading initiatives across 50+ jumbo employers and five million employees to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce costs.

He hosts the Broken Benefits podcast, interviewing healthcare leaders, and has provided advisory services to Fortune 10 employers, insurance companies, and government departments.

As a founding member of the Health Rosetta organization, Lee aims to share employer health benefit strategies for the greater good.

Before his current role, Lee Lewis worked at Gallagher, where he established the innovation lab and national jumbo employer practice, receiving industry recognition as the Outstanding National Consultant for Large & Jumbo Employers.

Lee's clients under his consultancy won various innovation awards, showcasing his expertise in developing healthcare solutions.

He is highly educated, being a Rhodes Scholar Nominee, and graduating Magna cum Laude with University Honors in B.S. Accounting from Brigham Young University, studying Economics at the University of Michigan, and Economics Coursework at Yale University.
