My brief as CEO was to refine the company's proposition, establish a robust sales and marketing strategy, and manage its transition into a new business - BeData Solutions - under an experienced leadership team.

Odin is a human-centred data consultancy, combining strategy with technical implementation. Although every business is spending more on data and technology, less than a quarter are able use them to make better decisions. We solved that problem.

ODIN

In 2009, we pioneered a new performance-based buying model for the music industry. Using interactive content and focusing on audience engagement, we solved the problem record labels had experienced since the birth of the internet - boring and unaccountable advertising. 

Over a decade, we worked with some of the world's biggest brands and supported the growth of hundreds of businesses, including Adidas, Google, Microsoft, O2, Toyota and Universal Music. 

Along the way, we built our own technology and developed more sophisticated media buying techniques, but our main focus remained on creating engaging, measurable ad campaigns for our clients.

I exited Silence in January 2020 to work out what do with the next ten years.
