Lee Conlin

Lee Conlin is a professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in IT Incident Management and policy implementation.

Lee graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in Criminology and Criminal Justice, focusing on Psychology. Additionally, Lee completed a Computer Systems Technician Diploma program at Algonquin College.

With over 12 years of experience in policy development and implementation, Lee has worked in various capacities supporting critical IT operations and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Having served in roles such as Project Lead, Major Incident Coordinator, and Support Analyst at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, Lee possesses strong skills in working with all levels of staff and management.

Prior to this, Lee gained valuable experience as a Service Desk Agent at Service Canada, Desktop Support Specialist at Statistics Canada, and even served as a Police Constable at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Lee's expertise lies in IT Incident Management, policy and procedure development, client services, and consulting with stakeholders. With a solid foundation in both IT and criminology, Lee brings a unique perspective to every role.
