Lee Arasu, with over 30 years of experience in construction delivery, maintenance, strategy, and business development, is a seasoned professional in the transport, buildings, resources, utilities, healthcare, facility management, and defence sectors. As a former Bid Director for Infrastructure Projects at Dartmouth Communications and a former Global Director - Buildings at Opus International Consultants Limited, Lee possesses a deep understanding of the complex technical issues, integration between design and construction, constructability, maintainability, risk and opportunity, safety and commercial requirements. He has extensive experience in PPPs, D&C, ECI, Schedule of Rates, Alliance, Collaborative and Construct Only contracts, consortium and JV arrangements, and has held senior executive appointments with Tier-1 companies, including AECOM, UGL, Forge Group, Leighton Contractors, Baulderstone, and Transfield Services. Lee holds a Master of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering - Construction Management from UNSW Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan Australia, a Bachelor of Engineering from Curtin University, and has studied Mergers & Acquisitions at the London Business School.
