Lech Mintowt-Czyz is a seasoned journalist turned speechwriter, currently working for Shell as a senior speechwriter. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has an extensive portfolio of achievements including three Cicero Awards for his exceptional speechwriting skills, wit and quick-thinking under pressure. Prior to joining Shell, Mintowt-Czyz worked as a news editor and assistant news editor at the Times, managing the award-winning website, thetimes.co.uk, and news editing for the newspaper. He started his career at Sheffield Newspapers Limited and has also worked as a reporter for The Evening Standard and Daily Mail. He is a graduate of the University of Sheffield and University of Central Lancashire.
