Leah's educational background includes studying at Vestal High School, earning an MBA in Business and Marketing from Binghamton University School of Management, and obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo.

In terms of professional experience, Leah has held several key roles at Citrix, including Director of Operations and Transformation, Senior Manager of Product Engineering & Transformation, Senior Manager of Business Transformation within the Office of the CEO, Principal Product Manager, and other managerial positions. She has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Shaw University and occupied various product management and directorial positions at TheraSim, Inc., Rho, Inc., and State Farm Insurance. Additionally, Leah has experience in advisory and leadership roles at Cloud Nine Therapeutic Riding Center Inc., Binghamton University, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
