Leah Pearlman is an accomplished individual with a diverse background in technology, coaching, art, and personal development.

Leah has over five years of experience collaborating with executive coach Sue Heilbronner, coaching and facilitating groups focused on personal growth.

She co-launched Inside Coaching, an asynchronous video coaching channel, and is the creator of DharmaComics.com, where she shares her teachings and learnings.

Leah began her career in technology, working at Microsoft and later as one of the first Product Managers at Facebook in 2006.

During her time at Facebook, she played a significant role as one of the Co-Creators of the Facebook Like button and developed a vision-based approach to company and product decisions.

Leah's experience at Facebook equipped her with skills in managing teams, empowering individuals, and fostering alignment within the organization.

She later became the head of Internal Communications at Facebook, overseeing communication, alignment, and inspiration for over 2000 employees.
