Leah Mercado is a certified massage therapist, holistic health practitioner, and founder of JoyfulExpansion. Her mission is to provide individuals and groups with support and education on improving their well-being. Through mindfulness, meditation, present-moment awareness, bodywork, energy medicine, and nutritional support, Leah teaches people how to feel better. She received her education in holistic health from the World School of Massage and Holistic Healing Arts. Leah has had several roles as a Holistic Coach and Educator at JoyfulExpansion, and worked as a Dharma Teacher at Freedom Yoga Union City. She was also a team leader at the Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center (The Center) and a Holistic Health Practitioner at Wholistic Healing Hearts. Leah brings a wealth of experience and expertise to any team.
