Leah Loo

Leah Loo is a highly educated and experienced individual with a background in infrastructure planning and management. With a Master's degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Penn State University, Leah has a strong foundation in the technological and logistical aspects of the field. She has held various positions in both corporate and educational settings, notably including a Specialist role at Electronic Arts (EA) where she dealt with intelligence and incident management. Beyond this, Leah has experience in operations management, as demonstrated during her time as a Live Operations Associate at Zūm, and team management as Assistant Cross Country/Track Coach at Notre Dame High School Belmont. Leah is passionate about providing excellent guest service, as evidenced by her work at Virgin America as a Guest Service Team Member and as an In Flight Team Member with a special assignment in emergency preparedness. Additionally, her background in student services at Stanford University shows that she is dedicated to assisting individuals in achieving their goals.
