Leah Kauffman: Innovative Leader and Influencer in Philadelphia's Arts and Culture Community

Leah Kauffman: is an influential figure in the arts, culture, and entertainment community in Philadelphia. She currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Red-Spark.com, a position she has held since May 2021.1

Prior to her current role, Kauffman held various leadership positions at Red-Spark.com, including Vice President of People & Product Operations from January 2019 to May 2021, and Senior Director and Director of Marketing and Communications from August 2015 to December 2018.1

In addition to her work at Red-Spark.com, Kauffman is also the Principal at Levia Coaching, a leadership coaching company she founded that empowers clients to lead with purpose and confidence.1 She is also the Founder and Editor of Rad Girls, a platform where professional women share their challenges and accomplishments to inspire others.1

Kauffman's background includes experience as the Executive Producer of Entertainment & Lifestyle at Philly.com from September 2011 to July 2015, and as the Founder and Editor of Phrequency.com, also at Philly.com, from February 2008 to September 2012.1

She holds a degree in Communications and Journalism from Temple University and has completed a Product Management course at General Assembly.1 Kauffman is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.1

Kauffman's influence and achievements have been recognized through various honors and awards, including being named one of the "11 Most Influential Women in the World" by MSNBC in 2008.1 She is also known for her viral videos, such as "Crush on Obama" in 2007 and "Bernie Bae" in 2016, which expressed her support for presidential candidates Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders, respectively.2
