Leah Kaplow

Leah Kaplow is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in the business and consulting sectors.

Leah holds an impressive list of degrees, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School, an MPA-ID from Harvard University's John F. Leah's career has seen her in various significant roles, including her current position as an Associate Partner and Engagement Manager in the Social Sector Practice at McKinsey & Company.

Prior to her current role, Leah gained experience as a Summer Associate at I-DEV International, an Advisor in the Strategic Planning Unit at the Rwanda Development Board, and held multiple positions at McKinsey & Company, including Senior Associate and Business Analyst.
