Leah D. Daughtry is a prominent figure in the realms of political strategy, activism, and faith leadership. She serves as the Principal at On These Things, LLC, a strategic planning and project management firm dedicated to fostering partnerships that promote the common good.1

Professional Background

Daughtry has an extensive background in political leadership, having held significant positions such as:

• Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Labor.
• Chief of Staff for the National Democratic Party.
• CEO of both the 2008 and 2016 Democratic National Conventions, making her the first person to hold this role twice in the party's history.1

Activism and Leadership

As a fifth-generation clergywoman, Daughtry is deeply rooted in community organizing and activism.
