Currently serving as the SVP of External Innovation and Strategic Alliances at Novartis Gene Therapies, Leah oversees various functions such as Corporate Strategy, Business Development & Licensing, Asset Leadership, Program Management, Patient Advocacy, Government Affairs, and Policy.

Her educational background includes a B.S. in Molecular Biology (Neuroscience) from Yale University, Executive Education from INSEAD, a Fulbright Scholar in Neuroscience and Virology from Institut Pasteur, and a D.Phil. in Molecular Neuropathology, Neuroscience from the University of Oxford.
