Lea-Ann B. Bigelow is the Director of Green Trade at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), where she leads the agency's efforts to implement its Green Trade Strategy. This strategy aims to combat climate change and environmental degradation within the context of trade operations. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of International Engagement at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, where she led global sustainability initiatives.123
