His career spans multiple ventures, including leadership roles at startups like Cogxio and Fullerene Solutions. Layak holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and has participated in various startup accelerators and leadership programs.12
