Lawrence Lenihan

Lawrence Lenihan Jr. has earned a reputation as a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and fashion industry innovator over his 30-year career. He started his journey in technology companies as an IBM employee developing distributed computing solutions for retail store automation. Pequot Ventures, his first VC firm, invested in early-stage internet infrastructure and eCommerce companies. He then founded FirstMark Capital to invest in NYC-based technology and startups. Later, he focused his efforts on the fashion industry by co-founding and leading Resonance Companies in 2015. Lawrence's vision is to transform the global fashion industry by empowering small-scale creation-driven sustainable brands to compete globally using advanced technologies. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSEE from Duke University.
