    Lawrence (Larry) Gross, an accomplished investor and executive, has over 20 years of experience in C-level management and operations in high-growth industries such as technology, media, biotech, and IT.

    With a strong focus on technology, Mr. Gross has built and managed companies with invested capital and M&A transaction value exceeding $2.1 billion, including leading VC-backed firms supported by prominent investors like Kleiner Perkins, Draper Fisher, and Khosla Ventures.

    Notable roles in Mr. Gross's career include serving as Vice Chairman and Director of Idealab, where he led the transformation of CarsDirect.com into Internet Brands, later acquired for $640 million in cash. Subsequently, Internet Brands was acquired for $1.1 billion by K.K.R.

    Prior to Idealab, he held the positions of CEO & President at Knowledge Adventure and Davidson & Associates, overseeing more than 1,000 employees and generating over $250 million in annual revenue before their acquisition by Vivendi/Universal in an $800 million cash deal.

    A respected figure in the industry, Mr. Gross has also been a two-time portfolio CEO of companies backed by Kleiner Perkins.

    Education-wise, Mr. Gross holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering & Applied Science from Caltech and has completed executive programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and has lectured at UCLA Anderson's School of Management.

    In terms of his organizational involvement, Mr. Gross has held various roles such as Managing Partner at Structural Capital and Malibu Capital Partners, Investor at TaKaDu, and President & CEO at EdeniQ, Inc., where he also served as Founder, Director, and Audit Committee Member.
