Lauro Becker is an entrepreneur with a proven track record of leading diverse teams since 2007.

With a background in Technology, Lauro started his career as a programmer in 2005 and has since held various roles such as Software Architect, Technical Lead, and Project Manager.

Since 2012, Lauro has been focusing on the Digital Marketing and Sales market, co-founding one of the country's most recognized Digital Marketing agencies, Organica Digital.

Over the years at Organica, Lauro has worked across different areas including Inside Sales, where he gained in-depth knowledge of B2B prospecting, and served as CTO for six years, driving innovation and technology while mentoring numerous IT professionals.

Lauro excels in communication, negotiation, and team motivation. His passions include process mapping, automation, and workflows.

Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Organica, Lauro's expertise in technology and programming spans backend, frontend, and server architecture.

Lauro's current focus is on expanding Organica further by building high-performing, motivated teams. His multidisciplinary knowledge allows him to seamlessly navigate between Technology, Marketing, and Sales.

Lauro has recently been implementing various automation processes, including those driven by Artificial Intelligence.

Lauro's educational background includes an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, a degree in Internet Systems from Universidade Feevale, and a degree in Software Development and Systems Analysis from UCS - University of Caxias do Sul.
