Laurie Scher

Laurie Scher is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience across various industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Spanish from James Madison University. Additionally, Laurie pursued further education and completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Development from The George Washington University School of Business.

Throughout her career, Laurie has held several prominent roles in different organizations. She currently serves as the Principal & Graphic Designer at Bailer Design, showcasing her skills in both leadership and design. Previously, she worked as a Senior Consultant at FMP Consulting (Federal Management Partners, Inc.), gaining valuable experience in consulting. Laurie has also contributed to various other organizations, including serving as an Intern in Talent & Organizational Development at Fannie Mae, a Fellow at Education Pioneers, General Manager at Classic Tile & Mosaic, Inc., Communications Specialist at Fight For Children, and Executive Assistant in Education at the National Council of La Raza.
