Laurie Deneschuk, a Canadian/U.S. dual citizen, is a seasoned people and recruiting leader with over 12 years of experience in systems engineering and IT operations. She is passionate about engaging people throughout the complete employee lifecycle, focusing on workplace culture, employee retention, and development, and is a specialist in technical hard-to-fill recruitment, organization development, career development, leadership training, employee engagement, compensation, EQ development, and performance management.
