Having studied Natural Sciences and Health, Arbeid, Organisatie en Gezondheidspsychologie, and Psychology, Lauri is well-versed in understanding human behavior and motivation. Their passion lies in facilitating sustainable behavioral change to help individuals reach their goals.

Currently working as a Psychologist and Trainer at FocusXL, Lauri collaborates with clients with a blend of positivity and seriousness to support them in maintaining focus and achieving lasting results. Lauri's previous roles include positions at Jobo Training & Coaching and 't Wapen van Ootmarsum.

Lauri's academic journey includes studies at Twents Carmel College - de Thij, Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, and Saxion Hogeschool Enschede. With a Master's degree in Arbeid, Organisatie en Gezondheidspsychologie and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Lauri combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience to drive impactful change.
