Laurentiu Giurescu is a resourceful and versatile entrepreneur with extensive experience in delivering various B2B software products and projects, ranging from Business Operating Systems for SMBs, ERP, CRM, Ticketing, TimeSheet, Insurance Solutions, to Translation Management Solutions, and Project Management solutions. He is characterized by his autonomy, resilience, commitment to continuous learning, and a strong drive for performance and growth. Laurentiu is known for his creativity, sense of humor, exceptional critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, always striving to find innovative solutions even in challenging situations.

Laurentiu pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University Politehnica of Bucharest, further enhancing his skills and knowledge by studying Performance Leadership, Negotiation Skills, and Project Management methodologies at EXEC-EDU, Bucharest. In addition, he participated in the Mentoria Program at Romanian Business Leaders and advanced his understanding of Entrepreneurial and Small Business Scale-Up strategies.

Throughout his career, Laurentiu Giurescu has held key positions in various organizations, currently serving as the Co-founder & CEO at Soft Pepper. Previously, he has contributed as the Vice President and Member of the Sinergy Chapter at BNI Romania, Chief Technology Officer at International Leasing Holding, and as a Software Engineer (Full Stack) at both Advanced Software Solutions SRL and Info World.
