He has a wealth of expertise in building, strategically planning, and investing in growth companies within the telecom sector.

Laurence is well-versed in spectrum licenses, having acquired and developed national and regional footprints in various frequencies such as 38 GHz, 3.5 GHz, 2.6 GHz, and 1600 MHz/MMDS.

As the Founder, Principal, and Board Member of Nasdaq-listed companies like Advanced Radio Telecom Corp. (now Fiber Tower) and National Wireless Holdings Inc., Laurence has demonstrated his leadership and business acumen.

He was an early seed investor and a substantial shareholder in Nasdaq-traded Winstar Communications (now StraightPath), a key player in last-mile broadband solutions.

Laurence also founded Landtel, a European broadband wireless provider that secured spectrum licenses in multiple countries and delivered high-speed internet access.

Additionally, he co-founded Bazillion, Inc., a pioneering VoIP service provider in the US.

In 2007, Laurence re-entered the telecom market to capitalize on emerging opportunities driven by the increasing demand for mobile bandwidth and evolving technologies.
