Laurence Lyndon-Jones

Laurence Lyndon-Jones is a data scientist and engineer with a unique background in mathematics and music.

His expertise lies in leveraging skills acquired from his professional music career, such as communication, collaboration, and story-telling, in the field of data science.

Being adept at creative and rigorous problem-solving, Laurence successfully combines his educational foundation in mathematics with his passion for data science, enabling him to drive impactful business outcomes.

With a background that includes studying FRCO at the Royal College of Organists and pursuing a degree in Mathematics (MMath) at Oxford University, Laurence brings a diverse skill set to his roles.

He has served in various capacities, including as a Data Scientist at HSBC and previously as a Data Scientist/Engineer at Kubrick Group.

Prior to his transition to data science, Laurence held roles in the music industry, such as Assistant Organist and Director of the Girls' Choir at Chelmsford Cathedral, Assistant Director of Music at Coventry Cathedral, Acting Assistant Director of Music at Chester Cathedral, and Organ Scholar at both Chester Cathedral and Pembroke College, Oxford.
