Laurence Lachamp is an innovation expert with a focus on competitive innovation, value creation, and results-driven strategies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and medtech industries.

With extensive international industrial experience in drug delivery, Laurence has expertise in all aspects of the process from concept development, securing funding, to navigating industrial and regulatory launch requirements.

Her educational background includes a Ph.D. from Univ. Clermont-Ferrand, a DESS (MSc) from LTPIB, an M.Phil from the University of Strathclyde, and an Ingénieur degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier.

Laurence has held key roles in various organizations, notably serving as the Directrice at Alliance Innovation Santé Nouvelle-Aquitaine (ALLIS-NA), Business Innovation Director and co-founder at ASCIL Biopharm, Head of Pharmaceutical Development at Ferrer, Head of Formulation Dpt & Global Programme Coordinator at Ipsen, and in project management and research positions at Pierre Fabre Group, Sanofi, GALENIX, Instituto Superior Técnico Lisboa, and CEVA SANTE ANIMALE.

Her expertise lies in business and strategic development, public and private partnerships, R&D+i global project management encompassing all routes of administration and dosage forms, new chemical entities (NCE), new biological entities (NBEs), life cycle management, medical devices across multiple technology platforms, and various therapeutic areas.
