Laurence Feliciano

Laurence Feliciano is a seasoned Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of experience specializing in Power System Modeling and Analysis. With a strong background in Electric Power Distribution Systems, he excels in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical components to meet stringent specifications focused on efficiency, reliability, safety, power quality, and sustainability.

His professional journey includes leadership roles in Electric Power Distribution Utilities, where he conducted technical evaluations, system analyses, and provided recommendations for system enhancements to boost efficiency, reliability, safety, and reduce losses. Laurence's expertise extends to preparing Distribution Impact Studies, executing Contingency Engineering, and conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis for various power projects encompassing Sub-Transmission Lines, Power Substations, Distribution Lines, Transformers, and Consumer Metering Systems.

During his tenure with the Gulf Region Division (GRD) Camp of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Iraq, Laurence served as an Engineer and Assistant Site Manager for three years. He oversaw Life Support operations, including supervision, monitoring, and management of personnel engaged in Operation & Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, and Construction of Military Camps. He also conducted Generator Technical-inspection and Power Optimization for US Military Camps under USACE/ASG-A, providing critical Electrical System Designs, Mini-Grid Power Plant set-ups, and AutoCAD drawings for Electric Distribution Systems.

Laurence's educational background includes studies in Power System Modeling and Analysis, as well as Electric Distribution Utility Economics at the University of the Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology.
