Lauren Wildfang

Lauren Wildfang is an individual with a diverse background, showing prowess in both academics and sports. She began her journey at ML6 in February 2019 as an Associate, Search, leveraging her skills and experiences to excel in talent acquisition. Lauren's educational journey led her to Colgate University in Central New York, where she specialized in Educational Studies while actively participating in Division I hockey, showcasing her commitment to both academics and athletics.

Despite her academic achievements, Lauren's passion for hockey took her to new heights post-graduation, as she ventured into professional hockey by signing a contract in Northern Sweden. This decision not only allowed her to continue her athletic pursuits but also opened doors for extensive travel across Europe and North America. Lauren's experiences immersed her in various cultures and cuisines, fueling her love for exploration and expanding her worldview.

Lauren's love for connecting with people and hearing their stories led her to seek opportunities where she could help individuals achieve their aspirations. This drive goes beyond her professional career, as she actively engages in community initiatives within the hockey realm. Additionally, she finds joy in staying active with her Golden Retriever, Addy, and always looks forward to embarking on new adventures, embodying a spirit of curiosity and enthusiasm for life.
