Prior to her current role, she garnered experience as the Manager, Fundraising & Special Events at the American Diabetes Association, further showcasing her dedication to community engagement.

Additionally, Lauren has contributed to the arts sector as the Advancement and Special Events Associate at the Richmond Symphony Orchestra, highlighting her versatile skill set in arts management.
