Lauren Taylor

Lauren Taylor is a dedicated professional in the technology education field with a passion for tech, teaching, and helping others. Despite graduating with a degree in Middle Childhood Education, Lauren pursued computer science courses due to her innate interest in technology.

Over the course of her career, Lauren has gained extensive experience in various roles including 5 years as a public school teacher, 3 years in software customer support, and 2 years as a HR/Talent Management Administrator. She holds a Ruby on Rails Jr Developer Certification and now serves as the Director of Product Education at iorad, a versatile learning technology product used across diverse industries.

At iorad, Lauren combines her expertise in technology, serving, and teaching to educate users on maximizing the utilization of the product. Her role involves training individuals to efficiently use iorad, thereby saving time and enhancing the effectiveness of their tasks and interactions in areas such as Public Education, Customer Support, Development, and Talent Management.

Lauren's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education with a focus on Math & Science from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, as well as completing a Junior Developer program in Ruby on Rails at The Iron Yard.

Throughout her career, Lauren has gained valuable experience working in diverse organizations such as iorad, Lauren International Ltd, Wastebits, River View Local Schools, Strasburg-Franklin Local Schools, and more, holding roles ranging from teaching to customer support to talent management and administration.
