Lauren Swetnam

Lauren Swetnam is a highly accomplished human resources professional with a diverse background in various industries. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from The Ohio State University, followed by coursework in Strategic Human Capital Management at Georgetown University and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. Swetnam's career began as a Victim Advocate for the City of Columbus before becoming an Internal Affairs Special Investigator for the Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation. She then transitioned to the private sector, holding positions such as Office Administrator at First Potomac Realty Trust, Compliance & Enterprise Transformation HR Business Partner at Freddie Mac, and Senior Principal HR Business Partner at Deltek. Swetnam has also been an HR Business Partner and Manager at ARC and Lidl US. Most recently, Swetnam served as the Director of People at Nexus before becoming a Senior HR Business Partner for AWS & Devices Finance at Amazon.
