Lauren Sayler

Lauren Sayler is a seasoned operations professional currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at EmpowerU Education, a position she has held since May 2023. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Product Management at the same organization from November 2021 to May 2023.

Her career includes significant experience at Latitude, where she worked from 2016 to 2021. During her time there, she progressed through several roles, including Operations Manager from February 2018 to January 2021 and Director of Operations from January 2021 to November 2021. In these positions, she was responsible for developing operational processes, managing client and vendor relationships, and overseeing administrative teams.123

Before joining Latitude, Lauren worked at Periscope as a Senior Experiential Producer and Experiential Producer from 2012 to 2016. Her career began at INNOVA Marketing, where she held various roles starting in 2006, including Account Manager and Field Staffing Coordinator.12

Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business, which she completed between 2002 and 2006. She also studied at Consortium International University in Paderno Del during her undergraduate years.12
