Lauren Sanders

Lauren Sanders is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership, policy, and education.

She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Leadership, Policy, and Politics from Teachers College of Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General from Spelman College.

With a rich history of roles in various organizations, Lauren has served as a Training Team Lead and formerly as a Senior Project Manager at Daxko, showcasing her expertise in team development and project management.

Her previous positions include Data Specialist at College Admissions Made Possible (CAMP), Software Trainer at Daxko, Content Leader at Teach For America, and Director at Higher Academics Summer School.

Lauren has also excelled in education, having held roles such as Teacher at Birmingham City Schools and Teach For America, as well as Recess Enhancement Program Coach at Asphalt Green.

Her commitment to community service is evident through her past experiences as a Day Camp Counselor at YMCA, Transitional Living Program Staff at King's Home, Project American Life Group Leader at Alabama Center for American History, and Volunteer at The Orion School.
