Lauren Merrill

Dr. Lauren Merrill is a highly accomplished individual with a strong academic background and extensive professional experience in economics, mathematics, and management.

She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Economics from The College of William and Mary, and completed her high school education at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

Dr. Merrill currently serves as the Teaming, Capabilities, & Recognition Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Her previous roles at BCG include Head of Product and Channel Management, Global Strategy & Insights Manager, People & Talent Manager, HR & Staffing Manager, Project Leader, and Consultant at BCG Digital Ventures.

Before joining BCG, she also held positions as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, Research Assistant at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and Grant Management and Application Assistant at George Mason University, Office of Sponsored Programs.
