LVIMA Board Member

•	Oversee programmatic teams, executing campaigns across multiple platforms, including theTradeDesk, DV360, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, and LinkedIn
•	Manage a team of buyers
•	Oversee an annual programmatic budget of around $30 million 
•	Category specialties include travel, hospitality, healthcare, entertainment, education, banking, B2B, and utilities 
•	Create processes to help the department continue to grow and adapt to changing clients-needs and marketing landscape
•	Lead strategic thinking, cross-platform strategies, and campaign structures for a variety of clients, including new business
•	Work with creative, content, and channel teams to create targeted campaigns, considering best-practices by platform and cross-platform opportunities
•	Responsible for keeping department and agency up to date on current programmatic landscape including programmatic, data, and tech partner’s capabilities
•	Hire, train, lead and supervise growth of direct team + cross-training strategists to be in-platform buyers for their clients
•	Meet with clients to train them on the programmatic landscape, making them feel more comfortable with new platforms and strategies
•	Member of the Awards team, determining best-fitting campaigns and strategies for which to submit both national and local awards
•	Organize internal meetings to identify and solve challenges obstacles within R&R’s media process

R&R Partners

Programmatic Supervisor

•	Expanding on previous roles and responsibilities
•	Acting primary agency contact for R&R’s in-house DSP, as well as responsible for vetting other programmatic partners/platforms
•	Responsible for organizing classes/training to get media department Trading Academy certified, having 60+ people complete training
•	Responsible for training department members on topics such as brand safety, internet fraud, privacy compliance, and data capabilities

Senior Programmatic Buyer

•	Responsible for growth in spend in programmatic advertising, continuously doubling programmatic budgets YoY
•	Responsible for creating the in-house buying process for the Media & Publishing department and expanding the programmatic team, overseeing buyers across all self-serve platforms
•	Ran omni-channel campaigns, CTV, Video, Audio, Native, Rich Media, and Display, using data-driven insights throughout the planning and execution phase
•	Managed vetting process for data, and programmatic-related partners to access across platforms
•	Responsible for targeting strategies that worked cross-platform and met the client’s business needs, including mapping conversions and vetting offline attribution partners
•	Partner with strategy and insights team to determine best targetable audiences based on research and digital indicators
•	Became an expert in Tube Mogul and theTradeDesk DSPs

Programmatic Specialist

•	Utilize company research tools consistently to ensure our clients are reaching their desired audiences on relevant media channels
•	Manage monthly and weekly reporting for clients, ensuring pacing and delivery are consistent with contracted IOs
•	Maintain optimizations and analysis of online partners for multiple clients and multiple campaigns
•	Handle creative changes for multiple clients on various accounts with quick turnaround times
•	Consistently maintain creative grids, flowcharts, and other spreadsheets for multiple clients
•	RFP, plan, and buy various media channels for difference clients, including SEM, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter
•	Create POVs for multiple clients to evaluate media proposals submitted
•	Oversee Partner Review process for Media department and communicating potential alignments/updates to department
•	Responsible for creating process for media team to follow to ensure media delivery is up to standards

Assistant Media Planner/Buyer

- Book crash pads, meetings, and create itineraries for VVIP guests using multiple programs like Microsoft Office and Gmail
- Answer social media messages sent to CEO and main website while communicating and working with multiple departments
- Communicate the story and passion of DTP to guests and interested parties through tours, email, and meetings
- Accountable for researching, testing, and documenting different types of Workflow applications for DTP employees to use
- Responsible for adding all guests, employees, and others to many social media apps used by DTP and maintaining memberships
- Monitoring status of tasks delegated to Chief of Staff team members and tracking to ensure timely completion
- Maintain external relationships with community members and businesses

Visit Mixologist

- In charge of two different food venues, three meeting spaces, and bar
- Responsible for 15 employees, hiring, training, mentoring, scheduling, and developing each of them
- Increased guest satisfaction scores, moving the service scores up over 40% after consistently researching guest feedback
- Became the “go-to” person to solve problems and help with customer service issues in many departments
- Experienced in front desk, problem solving, handling guest issues, and overall customer service
- Experience being the hotel Manager on Duty for a 250 room hotel
