Lauren McGraw

Lauren McGraw is a Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she has been employed since 2007. With nearly two decades of experience, she specializes in leveraging customer centricity to drive growth across various industries globally. Currently, she serves as the Global Leader for BCG’s Center for Customer Insight, which comprises around 70 experts focused on utilizing qualitative and quantitative customer insights to create significant impact for clients.1

In her role, McGraw advises on applying advanced methodologies, including those powered by AI and generative AI, to enhance customer intelligence and drive value creation. She also leads BCG's initiatives in customer-centric sustainability and innovation, along with the proprietary Demand Centric Growth® approach, which aims to unlock portfolio growth through deep customer insights.1
