Throughout her career, Lauren has held significant roles in various esteemed organizations. She worked as a Catering Sales Manager at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, showcasing her expertise in event planning and client relations.

Passionate about culinary ventures, Lauren co-owned and operated The Cookroom, where she demonstrated her leadership and business acumen.

Her journey also led her to the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, where she served as the Assistant Retail Manager and later transitioned to the role of Catering Sales Manager, highlighting her adaptability and versatile skill set.

Additionally, Lauren Mandler contributed her talents as a Catering Sales Manager at Rancho Valencia, further solidifying her reputation as a skilled professional in the hospitality and culinary sector.
